After journeying in Europe for the past 2 months, I am back and feeling re-freshed and re-inspired to move with this beautiful community of dancing souls.

Let us gather together for the joy of movement, for the love of being alive, for importance of gathering with others who welcome us in all that we are.

Fully basking in the magic of the present moment.

"Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life"

More About Somatic Dance:

Somatic dance is a dance journey of free-flow and facilitated movement by the rhythm of music and voices

We tune into the body and we start to become aware and connect with the sensations

It is an invitation to cultivate inner exploration to go beneath the layers of the mind we release any right or wrong way to dance. This is the creation of your own movement

This is a space to be explored & shared with your friends and also new souls that you don’t know yet!

Connect with others humans while dancing is a real fun way to communicate...

The recipe is simple: No booze, no shoes, great music, and an epic tribe come together to dance. Don't worry about steps or form or how you look, it's not that kind of dance.

WE HAVE COME TO BE DANCED.
