You are invited to this sacred space designed for women seeking connection, healing, and personal growth. This monthly Somatic Healing Women’s Circle invites you to pause, listen to your body, and explore deeper layers of yourself through guided practices, intentional reflection, and heartfelt sisterhood.

Each circle is a powerful opportunity to connect with like-minded women, cultivate self-love, and learn tools to embody your desires while processing what no longer serves you—all under the potent energy of the new moon.

What is Somatic Healing?

Somatic healing is a body-cantered approach to emotional and mental well-being. It focuses on reconnecting with your body’s innate wisdom, helping you process and release stored emotions, trauma, and stress that may be keeping you stuck.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, somatic healing uses embodied enquiry, movement, breathwork, and other embodied practices to:

Regulate your nervous system and promote a sense of safety.
Process stored emotions and stress from the body.
Cultivate presence, self-awareness, and self-compassion.
Reconnect you with your inner power, helping you align with your desires and intentions.

By integrating your mind, body, and emotions, somatic healing allows you to experience profound shifts and long-lasting transformation.

What to Expect

In this safe, non-judgmental space, each circle you will experience some of the following:

Somatic Movement Practices: Shift out of your mind and into your body. Explore gentle yet transformative techniques to process emotions, regulate your nervous system, and cultivate presence.
Intention Setting & Manifestation Rituals: Harness the energy of the new moon to clarify your desires and release the blocks standing in your way.
Guided Meditation & Embodiment Activities: Explore curated practices aligned with each month's theme, such as ecstatic dance, visualization, and other tools to embody your truest self.
Emotional Regulation Techniques: Discover somatic tools to help you manage your emotions and regulate your nervous system—practices you can integrate into everyday life.
Meaningful Conversations & Sisterhood: Share and connect with like-minded women in an inclusive, supportive environment that fosters growth and transformation.

Each session will be unique, offering a new theme and practices tailored to support your personal healing and embodiment journey.

About the Facilitator

Vesa from Self Love Signature is a passionate somatic therapist and holistic coach who helps guide women on their healing journeys. Through somatic therapy, embodiment practices, and nervous system regulation, Vesa helps women connect with their bodies, heal trauma and emotional wounds, and uncover their most radiant, authentic selves.

With extensive experience in healing, coaching and a nurturing approach, Vesa creates a safe, sacred space for transformation and growth.

Things to Note

No prior experience is needed. Come as you are, with an open heart and curiosity to explore.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
Bring a water bottle, a journal, and a pen.
Spaces are limited to ensure an intimate and supportive environment, so book early to secure your spot.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in and connect with the space. The session will begin promptly and doors will be locked as we don't want to disturb the sacred space.
Parking: Best parking is available along Alma Road and Charnwood Crescent.
Public Transport: There is a tram stop directly across the road on St Kilda road.
