Coming up from the Denmark deep-south, Body-Mind Centering® Somatic Movement Educator Myla Rose is bursting to get back to one of her cherished stomping grounds in Fremantle to offer the community some movement magic.

The day will be structured as follows:
10am-1pm BMC-based Somatic Movement Workshop on the Basic Neurocellular Patterns/ Developmental Movement Patterns
1:30pm-4pm Live Music Underscore with Echo Omen
