Join Myla Rose for a full day of somatic body-based exploration and learning. 

PLEASE NOT VENUE CHANGE FOR LIVE MUSIC UNDERSCORE (1:45-4PM) TO SULLIVAN HALL IN WHITE GUM VALLEY. THE FIRST SECTION OF THE WORKSHOP WILL REMAIN AT NORTH FREMANTLE COMMUNITY HALL FROM 10-1PM.

Coming up from the Denmark deep-south, Body-Mind Centering® Somatic Movement Educator Myla Rose is bursting to get back to one of her cherished stomping grounds in Fremantle to offer the community some movement magic.

The day will be structured as follows:
10am-1pm BMC-based Somatic Movement Workshop on the Basic Neurocellular Patterns/ Developmental Movement Patterns (NORTH FREMANTLE COMMUNITY HALL)
1:45pm-4pm Live Music Underscore with Echo Omen (SULLIVAN HALL)

It is possible to come to just one or the other, but we hope you join us for the whole day!
