We invite you to Join Petra from Earth Studio and Kristen from Carinyah Bodywork for an afternoon of gentle movement followed by a blissful meditation and Sound therapy with quantum healing.

Petra is a qualified Social Worker, dance and movement instructor and is the owner of Earth Studio WA. Petra brings to this event a wealth of experience in the benefits of somatic movement for health and wellbeing.

Kristen is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, quantum healing practitioner, tantra practitioner and sound healing therapist. Kristen invites you to sink into the healing vibrations of sound as therapy as you are guided through meditation, visualisations and energetic clearing on a deeply profound level.

Please bring a yoga mat, cushion and blanket and wear comfortable clothing.
