A dedicated space to slow down and delve deep into your inner world. Experience gentle asana and free movement designed to connect you more deeply with the felt sense in your own body. This session is open to all levels of experience. Come curious and ready to explore! 👀

Please bring your own Yoga Mat and anything else that may assist you during your own practice  💫
