Treat yourself to a pre-Christmas rejuvenation!

Somatic movement can be a deeply healing, restful and restorative practice, especially at this time of year when things are busy and we find ourselves overcommitted and exhausted.

By using simple, gentle, yet powerful movements paired with breath, awareness and deep restoration, Somatic movement teaches us to bring a greater awareness to the Soma or the living body.

We work intelligently with awareness and breath to ease chronic holding patterns that have brought restriction, tension and pain to the body over time, thus creating more freedom in movement and more space in the mind.

We explore multiple ranges of motion to sense the joints and muscles in new ways that can unwind old unhelpful ways of holding and moving and restore brain to muscle pathways back to their natural state, one that is relaxed and free.  This is an accessible practice available to all levels and experience of yoga and movement.

No experience is required to participate. 

All mats and necessary equipment is provided. Wear comfortable light clothing that you can move freely in and BYO water bottle.
