Through gentle yet powerful practices of somatic movement, ritual, and sound, you’ll be guided on a journey of emotional release, nervous system regulation, and inner renewal. Somatic movement helps the body discharge old wounds and unprocessed emotions stored deep within the tissues and the nervous system—freeing up your life force, softening internal tension, and restoring balance.

This is a space where all bodies, all expressions, and all emotions are welcome. You don’t need to “know how” to dance. You simply need to bring your presence, your breath, and your willingness to feel.
