Our bodies remember. Our bodies hold onto unresolved emotions or trauma if we did not get to process them safely or completely in that moment. During somatic release we allow our bodies to gently access and release these stuck emotions through guided, controlled shaking exercises. Licensed psychotherapist Jessica Kopp will guide you through the experience, leading you to release what no longer serves you. All are welcome and no experience is necessary.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket or towel to lay down on. The majority of the practice we will be laying down, except for the first 10-15 minutes will be standing.

*We will begin the practice at 10am so please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get set up.
