Connect and decompress through somatic practice with Mary-Dora Bloch-Hansen, a registered clinical social worker, somatic psychotherapist, and doula with a professional dance background. These sessions will open with a group check-in to express how we are feeling and the issues we'd like to focus on - migraines, stress, sadness, lack of motivation, burnout, sore muscles, fatigue, etc.

Mary-Dora will tailor each session to the needs of the participants, utilizing various techniques and elements of somatic practice, including movement, stillness, reflection, breathwork, visualization, and others. We encourage participants to join with an open mind and wear comfortable, non-constricting clothing.

Come as you are, and be ready to tune in to the language of your body and your emotions to improve your well-being!
