Overview

Connect and decompress through a guided somatic practice with MD Bloch-Hansen. Each session is shaped by the needs of the group, drawing on movement, stillness, reflection, breathwork, and visualization to support both body and mind.

Session Focus

As November begins its quiet descent toward stillness, many of us feel a natural pull inward. This session invites you to attune to the season’s rhythm and the approach of the winter solstice — the longest night of the year, a time for rest, reflection, and renewal. Through guided somatic movement and embodiment practices, we’ll explore what the body is holding or ready to release, and how to settle into the deep restoration that the dark season offers.

This is a space to nourish your mind and body by slowing down, tuning in, and connecting with your present-moment awareness and aliveness. Through practice, you’ll discover embodied tools for sensing, shifting, and settling — moving from activation toward rest with greater flexibility and ease.

Who Should Attend

Anyone seeking grounding or restoration through movement and body awareness and looking to add somatic resources to their self-care tool kit. No prior experience with somatic practice is required. We encourage participants to join with an open mind and wear comfortable, non-constricting clothing.
