Description

This practice draws upon wisdom and knowledge from Ayurveda, Tantra, and Hatha Yoga to integrate seasonal and cyclic living as a way of being.

A special edition sadhana (yoga practice) in celebration of Winter Solstice and the return to light. Join us in gentle movement meditation in the depths of winter to gently shift through any lethargy, heaviness, resistance and residue in the body that is kapha in quality to return to a feeling of being light, energised and bright (sattvic).

This ritual embodiment includes opportunities to participate in somatic releases, kriyas and vocal toning to assist the process of liberating all that is bound in the energetic body. Shon Boublil will be providing a soundscape of live guitar to give buoyancy to our embodied movement.

We are opening up 12 places for our regular Saturday Yogis to attend on their regular memberships and passes. To receive the discounted member rate, please book via PunchPass. The remaining six places will be offered to the public at the event rate of $45.
