Event Description:

Join me for a full day Workshop where you will participate in Somatics Movement Re Education.

What to expect:

You will learn: What is Somatics and how your nervous system keeps you in pain, stress and tension. How to do a body Scan, belly breathing, movement sequences to address Habituated Tension Habits.

What to bring:

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in, socks. Please bring a pillow or folded towel for your head. Yoga mats and bolsters are supplied but you are welcome to bring your own.

Numi Yoga is located in Hubmall; between Kosha Hair and Neat Eats, upstairs to the left.

Parking: Plenty of off street parking
