A monthly (ish) time dedicated to moving and writing.

Guided somatic techniques for connecting with your senses and writing. Tuning into our sensory world - how we perceive things like gravity, movement, space, smells, sounds, light and colour - supports awareness of the present moment and all its richness, and fosters imagination, memory, and composition.

Each session will offer different adventures into somatic practice and writing. No experience is necessary, just a willingness to try some gentle experiments in moving and writing. Somatic writing can open up new pathways of perception, and foster the development of multi-dimensional writing in any genre.
