Somatic Yoga Flow is a 90 min class that incorporates, Hatha Yoga, breathwork/pranayama, embodied inquiry and Somatic Dance principles to invite each person into their unique freedom and expression through their body.

No previous experience is needed, you are welcome as you are.

Mats and props can be provided if needed.

Your teacher is Jody Brown, a woman dedicated to the path of the heart and the embodiment of our humanity for the purpose of discovering our own authentic truth and freedom. Jody has spent years in embodiment and inquiry practices and has been teaching yoga since 2012, has trained in Somatic Therapy, Zenthai Shiastu and Somatic Dance. All of the principles are woven together to create not just a yoga class but a journey inwards.
