The Sacred Well is the well that holds all of my work (formerly Be In Flow Now), and an invitation into deeper relationship with ourselves, our bodies, and the sacred journey of life.

I’m Jody Brown, and my work weaves together somatic therapies, embodiment portals, movement spaces, and spaces for genuine human connection.

Through The Sacred Well Quest, Somatic Dance, workshops and gatherings, I create spaces to slow down, listen more deeply, and discover what becomes possible when we meet ourselves with curiosity, presence and honesty.

This work is less about becoming someone new, and more about coming into deeper relationship with what is already here, waiting to be met.
