Unwinding into Presence is brought to you by Jody Brown and Somatic Yoga Flow.

This is a 90 min restorative yoga class with the invitation to unwind and release the tension patterns within your body. The class can include offerings from Yin Yoga poses, circular movement patterns, breathwork/Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and intention practices.

Your teacher is Jody Brown, a woman dedicated to the path of the heart and the embodiment of our humanity for the purpose of discovering our own authentic truth and freedom. Jody has spent years in embodiment and inquiry practices and has been teaching yoga since 2012, has trained in Somatic Therapy, Zenthai Shiastu and Somatic Dance. All of the principles are woven together to create not just a yoga class but a journey inwards.
