In this 2h workshop led by Margaux Pelletier, we invite you to reconnect with the wisdom of your body and rediscover the profound relationship between your physical sensations and emotional well-being. Through guided somatic practices, you'll learn how to cultivate presence, release stored tension, and access the deep healing potential within.
This workshop is centered on Margeaux's Compassionate Inquiry training (Dr Gabor Mate's approach to trauma and healing) and her knowledge about the Nervous System, Polyvagal Theory and more. It offers a safe, nurturing space to slow down, tune into your body’s signals, and explore the messages it has been holding. By fostering greater body awareness, you’ll develop tools for self-regulation, resilience, and emotional balance. Whether you’re navigating stress, trauma, or simply looking to deepen your connection to yourself, this experience will guide you toward embodied healing and personal growth.Â
