SOMEONE ELSE’S BACKYARD
Event description
ABOUT:
Someone else’s backyard is a site specific installation that explores and critiques the dominant cultural discourse around housing along with the implicit beliefs, institutions and economic systems that uphold it.
The work also looks to explore the idea of home and the meaning imbued and created in that space through living and sharing of one’s life with others.
