💰 Cost:
Adults: $250 | Year 12 Students, Year 12 Student's Plus Ones & Staff: $180 (plus booking fees)

Includes a three-course meal, beverages, and live entertainment—ensuring an unforgettable evening!

🚨 Please note: No refunds are available after the RSVP date of 3pm, Friday 29 August due to venue requirements.

📖 Terms and Conditions - Please Read

🪑 Tables:
Each table seats 10 people, with Year 12 students and adults seated separately.

• Please nominate a Year Level that you would like to sit with or a Table Captain if you have a larger group.

• Parents must have an adult Table Captain. Year 12 students must have a student Table Captain.

• If your table has less than 10 people, the Ball Committee may add extra people to your table.

🛑Attendance Policy:
This event is for parents and guests from all year levels, however exclusively for students in Year 12 only. Unfortunately, students from Prep to Year 11 are not permitted to attend. We kindly ask for your understanding and will respectfully turn away any students outside the approved year levels who arrive at the venue.

🍷 Alcohol Service Policy:
Alcohol will not be served to any student or their partner, even if they are 18 years old.

🚗 Plan Ahead: Increased Traffic Due to River Fire:
Please note that this event coincides with River Fire, so expect increased traffic and road closures in the area—allow extra travel time to arrive on schedule. On the bright side, our venue offers a fantastic vantage point to enjoy the spectacular fireworks display! 🎆
