Organic and Biodynamic practices in vineyards and wineries have been developing over the last 30 years and are now part of the wine conversation around the dinner table. This masterclass will look at wineries that practice organic methods, are certified organic or have gone the full way and are certified biodynamic wineries and how this differs from people who for one means or another still use practices that aren’t organic but for good reason.
