Join Sommeliers Australia's Wiremu Andrews (Dearth of a Salesman) and special guest winemaker Robert Paul (Lokum Wines) for this masterclass, as they explore wines from the ancient birthplace of wine. Encounter difficult to pronounce varieties from a true mosaic of geological makeup and experience both traditional methods and modern-day winemaking techniques.

Robert Paul has made wine in Turkey for many years, and since 2007 has been growing the indigenous Turkish variety Boğazkere (pronounced: bow-aahz-keh-reh), which he grows in Dookie, VIC.
