Event description

Son of a Bun will be serving American Style Slow cooked and smoked American BBQ food.

Each guest will have the choice of:

TEXAS STYLE PULLED PORK BUN

  • 10hr Slow cooked Texas style pulled pork
  • Red Apple Slaw
  • served on a brioche bun
  • with pickle and potato chips

SMOKEY BEEF BRISKET

  • 10hr. slow cooked and charred beef brisket
  • Sesame slaw
  • served on a brioche bun
  • with pickle and potato chips

and a selection of side dishes:

  • spicy Buffalo wings
  • Charred brussel sprouts
  • herbed corn on the cob
  • haloumi with lemon and olive oil
