A weekend of song circles, songwriting workshops, creative exploration, and community encouragement on a beautiful forested land in Port Townsend, Washington.

Song Camp is an intimate gathering designed for singers, songwriters, musicians, and creative people who want to deepen their relationship with voice, song, nature, and community. Together, we will explore the building blocks of song through harmony singing, songwriting, vocal embodiment, creative flow, jams, and collaborative support.

Throughout the weekend, participants will be invited into a slower and more intentional rhythm, one that makes space for creativity, reflection, listening, and encouragement. Mornings begin with yoga and breakfast. Days are filled with workshops, song circles, nature reflection time, and small-group connection. Evenings gather around community meals and songwriter soirees where participants are invited to share songs, ideas, and works in progress in a supportive environment.

This is not a performance-driven music camp. It is a space for creative nourishment, skill building, vulnerability, experimentation, and encouragement. The gathering is intentionally small, with fewer than 40 participants.

Camping + Food

Participants are welcome to tent camp or car camp on the land. Please bring your own camping gear. Friday dinner will be a community potluck. Additional meals throughout the weekend may include a breakfast, fruit, and a hearty soup. Participants are encouraged to bring a cooler with personal snacks and additional food items.

Friday Public Concert

Friday evening’s concert is open to the public and included with full weekend registration.

Song Camp is rooted in encouragement, collaboration, listening, and care. We ask all participants to arrive with respect for the land, the facilitators, and one another. Additional information regarding accessibility, camping logistics, packing lists, and arrival details will be sent closer to the gathering.
