Join Althaea (Charlotte Malin Collins) for a Song circle to cultivate joy, empowerment, connection, tenderness, and reverence. Althaea’s original songleading combines dynamic layer songs, simple heartfelt mantras, sassy and energetic anthems, and prayers for our collective liberation. No prior singing experience is necessary - Althaea loves to bring groups of all levels into comfort and joy in music-making. Together we will raise our voices, lift our hearts, and maybe shed a few tears.

About Althaea:
Charlotte Malin Collins (Althaea) is a musician, singer-songwriter, teacher, and healer devoted to guiding others into direct, communal, and transformational encounters with music and Soul. Rooted in the sacred power of sound and ritual, she uses music as a gateway to deeper presence, emotional expression, and courageous vulnerability. With decades of experience as a classical musician, she leads group of all levels into music-making with easy and joy.
Her offerings weave together community songleading, grief rituals, embodiment mentorship, holistic concerts, sound healing, and original compositions for film, dance, and podcasts. Each is an invitation to return to the heart and awaken the wisdom of the body and spirit. Althaea’s debut album of original music, Welcome Home, was released in September 2025.
Malin Collins holds a Bachelor of Music degree in violin performance from Northwestern University (‘14) and a Master of Music degree in viola performance (‘17) from New England Conservatory. She currently serves as the Viola Instructor at Amherst College and lives in Northampton, MA.
