Song For Bob ' 25
Event description
Let’s come together to sing a Song for Bob!
Song for Bob is an annual mental health fundraiser & community event held at the spectacular Murrah Hall on the Far South Coast.
This event focuses on fundraising and spreading awareness for mental health and suicide prevention, after the tragic loss of Bob Harris; a father, friend, musician & beloved community member.
Each year we build this event working closely with leading mental health organisation R U OK? and many aspects of our community to bring people together through the universal language of music.
Song for Bob 2024 resulted in a $10,000 donation to RUOK? An overwhelming achievement by a small rural community.
Our next event to be held on the 11th of Jan 2025 will feature 16 acts over 2 stages, the festivities beginning at 1pm and taking us right through the night. Our lineup is packed with a wide variety of music genres from rock, blues, folk to hip-hop, funk and electronic, something for everyone and all are welcome.Â
