Songbirdie's Sound Sanctuary

There are times in life when we spend so much of ourselves caring for everyone else that we forget what it feels like to rest and simply be.

'Songbirdie's Sound Sanctuary' was lovingly created to offer something more than a traditional sound bath.

It is an intimate evening in my home where every detail has been thoughtfully prepared, so that for a little while, you don't need to do anything except arrive, settle in, and allow yourself to be cared for.

With only four beautifully prepared beds, soft linens, cosy blankets, gentle candlelight and the warm glow of lamps, this is a peaceful sanctuary designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself.

After a gentle guided meditation, simply lie back and allow yourself to be carried by channelled songs of light and the healing sounds of singing bowls, quartz crystal harp, Native American flutes and more. Together they create a peaceful soundscape that gently quietens the mind, calms the nervous system and invites you into deep rest.

This is more than a sound bath, it is a sacred pause and a chance to be held, nurtured, and lovingly guided back to the truth of who you are.

After our sound bath, there is no need to rush away.

You are welcome to stay awhile, enjoy a comforting hot drink, and a nourishing healthy treat, pull an oracle card, choose a crystal to hold, and, if you feel comfortable, share anything that arose during your experience. Whether you choose to chat, reflect quietly or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, this time is all yours.

These evenings are intentionally kept small, allowing me to create a warm and nurturing experience where every guest feels welcomed, held and cared for.

Whether you come seeking rest, emotional renewal, heartfelt connection or simply a few precious moments away from the busyness of everyday life, you are warmly welcome here.

Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date, but you are welcome to transfer them to a friend if you are unable to attend.
