Songbirds in the Forest - Siobhan Owen Singer Harpist
Event description
Immerse yourself in this pristine candlebark forest ecosystem with the highest conservation rating in the Mount Lofty Ranges, as internationally acclaimed Siobhan Owen takes you on a musical journey covering an eclectic mix of all of her favourite female artists; from Etta James, Kate Bush, Barbara Streisand, Sinead O’Connor, the Cranberries to Florence and the Machine, together with a number of heart wrenching Celtic favourites.
Sinclair’s Gully is so much more than just a sustainable winery and biodynamic vineyard. Dedicated to preserving the land for future generations, owners and vignerons, Sean and Sue Delaney lead the way in conservation and sustainability practices.
Protecting the rare and endangered species that live on their 20-acre private nature sanctuary sits at the heart of their operation. During this immersive and inspiring experience, Sean will share with you the importance of protecting Australia’s fragile ecosystem and what we do to protect and conserve the critically endangered candlebark forest we hold ourselves custodians of – our home.
Throughout the afternoon, you will be in awe as Siobhan’s emotive voice and harp float through the ancient forest.
This is a performance not to be missed, just breath taking.
