Songs of the womb

Join us for a womb nourishing day on the Sacred land at Brown Hill Creek - Kaurna Country.

We will begin with a guided meditation to deeply connect with the elements - fire, water, air and earth around us and also within us, connect with the land and a sharing circle to connect with each other.

We will indulge in some tea time with Tamara where we will mindfully sip White Lotus and Pine tea in ceremony.

There will be a group Earth Altar creation using beautiful natural materials foraged from the area. This creative process is such a joy to be a part of, each group Earth Altar has its own way of evolving and when the end product is finished, the subject reveals itself as an explosion of collaborative love.

We will finish up the event with an immersive sound bath. Before we lay upon the earth, each woman will receive a drop of the Essence "Songs of The Womb" (an essence alchemized from Tamara during her deep and powerful journey to Uluru and the Sacred Feminine Sites). We will each gift a drop to the earth before allowing the vibrations of sound bowls to move through our bodies, clear any stuck or stagnate energy from our biofield and send us deep into relaxation.

Please bring along something you would like to add to our Earth Altar to receive the energies of the land and our time together that you can take home with you to remember and connect with the essence of the day.
