Sonic Alignment & Vision Circles

Sonic Alignment Sessions (15 spaces):

This is a slightly different version of the Sonic Dreamweaving Circles offered previously. With more emphasis on individual healing & creative visioning for a deliberately created life..This is a fusion of mind empowerment through energy play, sound, wisdom, sharing, and creative visioning with an intention to clear old patterns and blocks and open new pathways to your highest soul vision. Small groups mean there is more opportunity to work 1-1 during the Sound Healing for specific blocks.

It is the integration of:

KNOWLEDGE

Empowerment through understanding of our own, innate wisdom and our Energetic Body. The knowing of our body's profound intelligence, our capacity to create whatever we can dream without self limitation, including a healthy body, mind and spirit.

SOUND HEALING

The science of sound, that influences our cellular activity, re–harmonises our physical body, tunes our emotional body, brings clarity and stability to our mental states. It is the tuning of our left and right brain, -ve and +ve polarities, masculine and feminine qualities as we return to an Earth that creates from Heart Wisdom rather than domination. It allows our fascia to revert to its original blueprint, stored in our intelligent cellular bank.

MEDITATION & CREATIVE VISIONING

Guided Journeys & Energy exercises re-igniting our deepest connection to our soul wisdom, our present moment power, our calm, self-centered, self-assured path of purpose, and our wild–child imagination that still remembers how to Dream without Fear. It is the feeling of 'coming home'. Bring your journal for the downloads received during this play.
