She provides profound one-on-one consultations, as well as bringing First Light’s incredible offering to the world-at-large as their CEO.

Tamatha Hohaia
Tamatha Hohaia, a wisdom seeker of Ngāpuhi descent and has spent over 25 years on a spiritual journey of self-discovery. Her deep love for nature and ancient traditions shapes her healing practices. Tamatha is the co-founder of Seven Senses Wellness Centre and guides clients on their own journey to balance and harmony through restorative yoga, contrast therapy and holistic modalities. Her passion is teaching others to reconnect with their inner wisdom and deepen their connection to the world around them.

Sarah Tanner
An influential holistic wellness advocate, artfully incorporating organic wholefoods with transformative sonic experiences. Self-taught, and led by intuition, Sarah plays the crystal singing bowls, Native American flute, various frame drums, shruti box, and steel tongue drum.
