The Space: Nestled in the hills twelve minutes outside Byron, BlueGreen Sanctuary is five acres of "simple luxury that nourishes the soul." In other words, paradise. The shala floors are heated and the space opens itself to the elements - camp fires, starry night skies, lily-padded waters and the vibrant green contours of enchanted land.

Fiona is a ceremonial musician, artist of life and retreat facilitator. Weaving earth ritual, sound, movement and meditation, Fiona is a Sound Healer, Yogini & Devotee of nature sharing ancient technologies to support modern life.

Fiona began her "spiritual education" in the Americas, immersing herself in the on ground studies of consciousness, indigenous wisdom, sustainability, natural healing and meditation. During her time living in Central America Fiona lived in community with the Mayan people of Southern Mexico. She was later introduced to the traditions and sacred ceremonies of the Huichole and Native American people which changed the course of her life and remain a central part of her work and offering today. Whilst formalising her studies of Yoga, Fiona also received ongoing teachings on the Mystical Kabala, Hermetic wisdom, meditation, lucid dreaming, astrology, tarot and modalities of energetic healing from her teachers in Guatemala.

Passionate about the process of transformation and the ongoing practice of self-acceptance, Fiona creates spaces of heart and depth where curiosity, laughter and joyous expression arise naturally.

Brieann is a trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator, Holistic Personal Trainer, Kundalini Revive Facilitator, Sound Therapist and founder of Wabi-Sabi Well; a multidimensional method that cross pollinates movement, meditation and other self-renewing rituals to restore harmony and wholeness.

Brieann’s intuitive and wholehearted approach is grounded in over 19 years of experience in the wellness industry, working in traditional gyms and boutique mindful movement studios, as well as rehabilitation programs and residential treatment centres providing support for individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, drug and alcohol addiction, eating disorders, trauma and relationship issues. Her work also has global reach via her online mentorship and digital programs.

Expect sessions to be positively unique, drawing on multi-sensory experiences, movement, massage, sound therapy, trauma informed breathwork and art, all entwined with symbolic and mythopoetic magic. Through her sessions, retreats and multi-sensory experiences, Brieann aspires to deepen your connection and relationship with your Self, Soul and Sacred Soma.
