This August Full Moon we would like to invite you to join us for a Full Moon Sonic Dreamweaving Session. Hosted on the Clinic Deck at Grow Where You're Planted, mesmerised by the Ocean views.

This evening begins with a small Fire ceremony, offering eucalyptus leaves as a shedding and calling in of new experiences on our journey.

.

You will then lie down in cosy blankets for a unique and deeply transforming Sound Journey that takes us into the wisdom and magic of our Souls voice, bring harmony to the molecular body, peace to our hearts and vibrancy to our Being. Elisha Xantaya and Adrian Dal Bianco, will be weaving medicine drum, didjeridoo, crystal singing bowl, guitar and charango in a guided medicine journey, integrating breath, sound, and a guided dreamtime journey.

This is followed with all of us weaving some sound and songs together under the full moon in an impromptu Wild Song Jam, getting playful and weaving layers of sound together. We’ll be exploring the use of sound as medicine, as a self regulating energy tool! Feel free to bring shakers & drums.

We are hosted by Alexandra Coffey from Grow Where You're Planted... who will also be sharing her magic touch with some body work during the session, then offering a lovingly prepared, nourishing Vegetarian soup to finish the evening.

An offering for the fire, a eucalyptus leaf, written words on a page, something that can be offered to the fire for shedding and new seeds planted.

Elisha Xantaya is a Holistic Health Practitioner, Musician & Sound Healer. She currently works with Mindfulness & Sound Therapy and is the Founder of ‘Wild Song‘, a program exploring freedom of self expression through sound, remembering, repatterning and mindfulness.

Sonic Dreamweaving is a guided journey into our Wild, Playful, Intuitive centre, that is inseparable from our Earths Intelligent Biology. We all have a deep knowing of our true wellbeing. Sound, breath and meditative states help us to get out of our own way, empty our mind, allowing natural rebalance to occur, as we open more effortlessly to the simple joy and beauty we came here for.

Adrian Dal Bianco is the Founder of Mapacho Leather, a gifted musician, DJ, and self taught leather crafter. His has a gift for transporting a person into bliss and self realisation through his instruments and vocals.
