Sonic Immersion Sound Healing June 26

The Sonic Immersion Sound Healing is a sound healing technique created through tradition live sound healing instruments, layered ambient textures and spacious electronic binaural beat sound waves, Dubarray create a carefully held container where your nervous system can truly unwind.

How does sound healing reset the nervous system?
When you’re bathed in sustained tones and harmonious frequencies & the subtle pulse of Binaural Beats which influence your brainwaves naturally into slowing from busy beta (thinking mode) into alpha and theta states (relaxed and meditative states). These slower brainwave patterns activate the parasympathetic nervous system — your “rest and digest” mode — helping to reduce cortisol, regulate breath and heart rate, release stored tension, and bring the body back into balance.

The result?
• Deep relaxation
• Emotional release
• Mental clarity
• Improved sleep
• A grounded sense of calm

In a world that constantly keeps us in “fight or flight,” this is a rare opportunity to consciously reset.
