Description

Relax, Rest and Reset with a Neurosomatic Mindfulness Meditation & Sonic Sound Bath

Sonic Sunday is an invitation to step out of the noise for a while, slow things down, and give yourself some genuine time to rest.

We spend so much of our lives doing, thinking, planning, fixing and moving on to the next thing. This is 90 minutes where there is nowhere else you need to be and nothing you need to achieve.

The evening begins with a Guided Neurosomatic Mindfulness Meditation, gently bringing awareness into the body, the breath, the senses and the present moment.

From there, the meditation flows naturally into an immersive Sonic Sound Bath, weaving together crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, bells, rattles and sounds of nature to create layers of sound, vibration and stillness.

It’s a chance to slow down, be present, and give the body and nervous system some space to settle and rest.

This October marks the beginning of the final few Sonic Sundays before an extended break in the months ahead.

No experience needed. Come as you are.
