As a devoted Sound Healing Practitioner, Yin Yoga and Meditation Facilitator, Charlotte weaves together a rich tapestry of healing tools in her sessions—including tuning forks, quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, bells, vocal toning, rattles, and the gentle rhythms of nature. Her offerings are ever-evolving, infused with intention and divine resonance.

Charlotte is also an Integrative Quantum Medicine Energy Healer, trained also in Theta Healing, QiGong, Reiki, Fascial Kinetics and other multidimensional body work and Natural Health Therapies. Her integrative approach allows her to hold deeply transformative space for those seeking energetic balance, emotional healing, and holistic well-being.

She is currently expanding her expertise by studying to become a Master Holistic Health Coach, with a specialisation in Mental Health and Metabolic Nutrition—further deepening her commitment to supporting others in body, mind, and spirit.
