Event description

How about a little “de-stress” for a change?

Join us for an evening of meditative harmony that will transport you into a calm state.  Using the golden tones of singing bowls and harp, a guided visualization will allow you to breathe deeper and find a moment for self-care.

Feel free to bring a yoga mat, blanket or eye pillow.

Offered at a sliding scale (your choice): $10-$25. .



The Sonic Visualization will be led by Maria Ayanna, a Westchester-based TCM Practitioner and Certified Sound & Harp Therapist.
