Sonicbreath is a deep sound and breath immersion, a unique journey that combines live music, dancing and breathwork.

Join Dubarray, Cristian and Michelle, and allow yourself to enter a healing journey led by the rhythms of the music and your own breath. A heart felt healing experience from start to finish ending with an ecstatic drumming celebration and dance led by special guest Damian Campbell.

We start with gentle sounds and movements that allow us to connect with the body and the breath.

As we go deeper into the experience, we are guided to a beautiful body awareness meditation for a deeper exploration and connection with the body.

The next stage is the full breathwork journey; where we lay on our backs and allow ourselves to be taken deeper into our own hearts through a sonic sound immersion and guided breathwork.

This is a deep but gentle journey. We encourage gentleness throughout the whole experience, bringing the energies of self love, connection and joy.

As we come out of the breath, we bring you into a guided experience to set new intentions, to connect with your loved ones and to let go of the things that might not be serving you anymore. From here, we slowly start moving again to engrain the new intentions into the body.

As we come back to our feet, we keep moving gently following the music, grounding ourselves and becoming fully present. At this stage drums will be introduced, bringing upbeat energy into the room and into our body.

The evening finishes with a dancing celebration, expressing the feelings of joy, gratitude and freedom.
