    This workshop is perfect for Sony camera owners who are looking to get the most out of their equipment, whether you're a beginner hoping to understand the basics or a seasoned photographer aiming to refine your technique and learn new skills. Participants should own a Sony camera and are encouraged to bring their equipment, including any lenses and accessories they wish to learn more about. A basic understanding of photography is beneficial but not required.

    What will you learn?

    • Camera Customisation: Understand how to navigate Sony camera menus and customise settings for various shooting scenarios
    • Advanced Autofocus Techniques: Master Sony's advanced autofocus systems, including eye autofocus and subject tracking, along with manual focus options.
    • Exposure and Lighting: Learn to adjust ISO, shutter speed, and aperture for optimal exposure in different lighting conditions.
    • Lens Selection: Explore the effects of using different lenses, like wide-angle, telephoto, and macro, for artistic and sharp results.
    • Creative Composition: Develop skills in composition techniques and shooting styles to enhance landscapes, portraits, and street photography.

    What to bring

    • Your DSLR or Mirrorless camera (all brands welcome), Don't forget to charge your batteries and bring spares
    • Memory card so you can keep your photos at the end of the workshop
    • Notepad and pen to take notes

    Note although this class is geared towards the new Sony camera system, all camera brands are welcome to attend this workshop.
