What to Bring:
Your DSLR or Mirrorless camera (all brands welcome!) Don't forget to charge your batteries and bring spares
CFA cards recommended for blackout-free shooting at highest speeds
Monopod (optional, but please do not bring a tripod)
Water bottle and Lunch
Please bring weather appropriate clothing include a jacket, hats, comfortable shoes and suncreen
Please keep what you bring in a single backpack as there is not too much storage space on the bus
Please note:
We will make use of the Zu-Loop shuttle bus when we are in the Zoo. As these are open to the general public, we have to line up for these and as such may not always fit as one group. If this happens, we will split the group and reconvene a little later again. Please make sure that you stay with either Geoff or Tom during our time in the Zoo.
We do not have enough bodies and lenses available for everyone to try everything at once. As such, we expect that those wanting to use camera bodies and or lenses, will rotate and share, so that everyone can have ample opportunity to test out the gear they are interested in.
Lunch throughout the day will not be provided, please bring your own
