Hello! Get excited for Soothing Sands Charity Day :)

Join us this Saturday for a morning full of breath work, yoga and sauna, as we take a moment to relax and celebrate the work of Youthline. 

Please be aware that it is a 25 minute drive out to Brighton from North Dunedin, so plan for a wee drive and please consider carpooling.
