The Sophro Solace Self-Love workshops aim to create authentic awareness by developing conscious harmony of mind, body and spirit. The goal is for you to feel balanced, happy, and empowered by the self-love you develop throughout the month of February.

Unhealthy relationships, early life trauma, a belief that love comes from others, unable to forgive yourself...does any of it sound familiar? These are all barriers to self-love. Let’s fix that!
