What to Expect:

Meditation Sessions: Guided by experienced meditators, our meditation sessions will help you cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, and enhance your overall well-being. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced meditator, you will find these sessions deeply enriching.

Guided Practices: Engage in a variety of practices designed to bring balance and harmony to your life. From eye gazing to group work and optional sunrise bay dips, these activities will help you connect with your body, your feelings, other participants and the natural world and will help you to get what you want.

Journalling Practices: Journalling is a powerful tool for self-reflection and growth. Our practices will guide you through exercises to express your thoughts, emotions, and aspirations. Uncover insights about yourself and gain clarity on your life's journey.

Group Sharing Circles: Connect with others in a supportive environment, sharing experiences and insights.

Fire Circle: Express and release by writing about something that no longer serves you and ceremoniously burn it in the fire.

Your investment for the weekend is $240 plus booking fee.

Included:

accommodation in two-bedroom self-contained units (private bedroom, shared bathroom and living space) just a short stroll to the front beach (address provided upon registration)
linen and towels
all meals excluding breakfast (minimal communal preparation and clean-up requested)
Connection with like-hearted Souls.
