The sessions available include:

1. Deep Energy Healing Sessions: Deep energy healing sessions combine various techniques from different traditions and systems to promote physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Energies and techniques: Reiki, Seichim, Golden Dragon, Medical Qi Gong / Shamanic Chinese Medicine, Ashati, Alsemia, Kundalini Reiki (more on the energies and session below*).

2. Womb Hara Massage (Women Only): Weaving together Chinese Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage, fertility massage, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi and abdominal massage techniques, Womb Hara Massage is an external bodywork which focuses predominately on slow and deep massage of the abdomen, womb, lower back, sacrum and coccyx. This deeply held and nourishing massage gently brings focus to physical emotional & energetic blockages/stagnation and imbalances within the body for release and healing.

3. Sound Healing, Energy and Light Language Sessions: Sound healing, energy healing, and light language sessions are holistic practices that create balance and harmony within the body, mind, and spirit. Each modality taps into different types of vibrational healing. (more on these modalities below*** – also see the energy healing section)

4. Akashic Soul Sessions: Akashic soul sessions are based on the understanding that the Akashic Records contain the energetic imprint of every soul's journey, past, present, and potential future. The Akashic Records are often described as a vast database or library that stores information about every event, thought, and emotion across all lifetimes, acting as a cosmic archive of spiritual knowledge. During an Akashic soul, the practitioner, connects with the individual’s Akashic Records for deep healing and guidance.

*The Energy Modalities:
1. Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice developed by Mikao Usui. It involves channelling universal life force energy (known as "ki" or "chi") through the practitioner’s hands to the recipient. It’s used to balance energy, promote relaxation, and support healing.
Focus: Energy flow, relaxation, emotional release, physical healing
Typical Session: The practitioner places their hands either on or above the client's body in a series of positions to direct the healing energy.

2. Seichim (Sekhem)
Seichim (sometimes called Sekhem) is an ancient Egyptian energy healing system that also draws on universal life force energy, but with a different vibrational frequency from Reiki. It’s considered a more feminine and expansive energy, often described as healing on multiple levels: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
Focus: Balancing male and female energies, emotional healing, deep spiritual connection
Typical Session: Similar to Reiki, with hand placements, but the energy feels softer and deeper. Seichim also integrates more heart-centred healing.

3. Golden Dragon
Golden Dragon Reiki is a variation that focuses on empowerment, personal transformation, and protection. It’s often seen as a potent energy system to support deeper spiritual awakening and self-mastery.
Focus: Empowerment, personal transformation, clearing blockages, protection
Typical Session: Practitioners visualize or channel dragon-like energy, often described as strong and protective, to remove energetic blockages and empower the client.

4. Kundalini Reiki
Kundalini Reiki aims to awaken the kundalini energy located at the base of the spine and channel it upward through the body's chakras. It's an integration of Reiki healing and Kundalini energy, which is believed to provide a rapid boost in consciousness and healing.
Focus: Spiritual awakening, energy flow, chakra alignment, raising consciousness
Typical Session: The practitioner activates and guides kundalini energy up through the chakras, promoting healing and clearing blockages.

5. Ashati
Ashati is a more modern energy system designed for deep emotional and mental healing, particularly focusing on clearing old traumas, limiting beliefs, and attachments. It’s considered a high-vibrational energy system that connects to various levels of consciousness.

Typical Session: Includes energy attunements to help remove deep-seated emotional and mental blocks, often followed by emotional release and clarity.

6. Alsemia
Alsemia is a multi-dimensional energy system connected to nature, Earth, and higher spiritual planes. It's known for working with both natural and cosmic energies to activate healing, open higher consciousness, and awaken psychic abilities.

**Womb Hara Massage
Purpose of Womb and Hara Massage:
· Reproductive Health: It is used to improve fertility, regulate menstruation, alleviate menstrual cramps, and address conditions like endometriosis and fibroids.
·        Digestive Health: Hara massage can help improve digestion, relieve constipation, and stimulate the body's natural detoxification processes.
·        Emotional Healing: Since the abdominal area is considered an emotional and energetic centre, this massage is often used to release emotional trauma, stress, and anxiety.
·        Energy Balance: In various traditional practices, the hara is seen as the core of a person's energy, so balancing this area is believed to lead to overall well-being and harmony.

Sound healing involves the use of specific frequencies or musical instruments to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Instruments used are singing bowls, voice and percussion to generate vibrations that resonate with the body and its energy fields. Sound healing can:

2. Energy Healing
Energy healing focuses on clearing blockages and balancing the body's energy flow or life force, often referred to as chi, prana, or ki. Some popular forms of energy healing include:

Chakra Healing: Balances the body’s seven major energy centres (chakras) to restore health.

3. Light Language
Light language is a form of channelled and soul communication that bypasses the logical mind and communicate directly with the soul and energetic bodies. It involves vocal tones and hand movements and carries healing and activating frequencies. Practitioners understands that it connects us with higher dimensions of consciousness, offering deep healing, DNA activation, and spiritual expansion.

A typical session might involve:
Tuning into intuitive guidance: The practitioner feels or sees energy imbalances in the body or aura.
