✨ Kinesiology techniques to clear what’s not yours and anchor stronger, healthier boundaries
✨ Visualisation to strengthen your boundaries
✨ Ritual to affirm your commitment to yourself

We’ll also close the circle with organic tea/coffee & small snacks giving you space to connect, share & nourish in sisterhood. 💖

Each circle draws on the real-life challenges and desires I witness in my clients: from self-care and intuition to abundance, sisterhood, and purpose. With Holistic Kinesiology, rituals and guided practices, you’ll embody these teachings long after our circle ends.

Seating will be on the floor (cushions provided) so please bring anything you wish to enhance your comfort (favourite cushion, low set camping chair, yoga mat, blanket)
If you have a special journal and pen you wish to use for journaling.
