Using clearing and alignment techniques from Holistic Kinesiology, along with guided visualisations and sacred rituals, I will support you in embodying these teachings in your daily life.

It is also the Winter Solstice!

The energy of the planets is supporting us to go inward for reflection, hibernation and reclusivity. Life is still and silent. We will use the energy to quiet the mind and still the soul and to gain purity and clarification.

Here’s what you’ll experience:

✨ Visualisation to reconnect with your younger self and offer her the love and compassion she deserves.

Seating will be on the floor (cushions provided) so please bring anything you wish to enhance your comfort (favourite cushion, low set camping chair, yoga mat, blanket)
If you have a special journal and pen you wish to use for journaling.
