Through gentle movement, mindfulness, and energy work, you’ll feel grounded, connected, and ready to embrace the coming months with clarity and purpose.

Guided by universal energy and the principles of yoga, we’ll move through:

✨ Meditation – Allow your body to rest as your energy settles into stillness, creating space in the mind as you learn to observe your thoughts and feelings without judgment.

✨ Movement – A gentle yoga sequence to balance and open your energy centers, creating space in the body and supporting the natural flow of energy.

✨ Reflection – You may wish to bring a journal, or there will be pen and paper available as you reflect on what you want to invite into your life and acknowledge what may be standing in your way, ready to release.

✨ Cacao Ceremony – A heart-opening ritual to seal your intentions, deepen self-connection, and align your actions moving forward.
