Soul - being the entity of your multidimensionality and the core essence of you.

Soma - being every inch of your physical being, including the mind, the psyche, and the energetic body.

SOUL&SOMA is a coded melodic experience served up through live mixing by DJ Bekla and Somatic Guidance from Wilqa Nina a multidimensional ceremonialist. Wilqa Nina & Bekla have been working together closely to create a SOBER event which is a safe and fun space for community to come and drop into softness, depth, dance, play, and connection whilst simultaneously taking you on a somatic dive into different aspects of yourself - for the purpose of embodied ascension, reawakening parts of yourself that have been unexpressed or are feeling dormant and healing through bliss!

Welcome to round two of S O U L & S O M A where we will be playing with, moving through and embodying the energy or REBIRTH & RENEWL.

Through taking a deeper took into the energies of the 19th we found strong similarities between the astrological placements and the Mayan Calendar. During the time of this event we find 5 major planets in Aries, including the Sun, as well as the North Node (the direction of the collective).

This Aries explosion has led us to the theme of BECOMING, where will we embody, dance and play with the following concepts.

- Dissolving old wounds after SELF.

- Putting energy into action and activating a greater sense of passion and drive!

- Turning our poison's into medicine - our wounds into wisdom.

- Rebirthing creative confidence, self assurance and renewal of identity.

- Amplification of the I AM PRESENCE with yourSelf.

- Sacred Sovereignty

- Reigniting the path of purpose forward!

- And of course lifting up the LOVE & JOY of BECOMING YOUR OWN LEADER.

The Art of Becoming, is an embodied dance movement designed to support you in whichever REBIRTH you are experiencing during this time. This is an opportunity for a renewal of your energy field through music, playfulness, dance and intention.

We are always being reborn and becoming new versions of ourselves ~ during this point of time we may find these shifts to be greater than others. We invite you to come and practice the Art of Becoming to support you during this transition and also to supply you with the tools to hold yourself through the rebirths to come with confidence.

What to expect ~

As Aries is ruled by Mars and FIRE- we will be playing with the energy of the element.

We will open the experience with a Fire & Cacao Ceremony to assist us in activating the flame within out Hearts.

You will learn some supportive somatic techniques and drop in deeper to the space and your own body.

Together we will enter a 90min movement journey guided musically by a live set by Bekla coded with the energies of BECOMING! During the set you will receive somatic guidance and shamanic healing support from Wilqa Nina.

This journey is designed to be both deep and fun, profound and light.
