SOUL&SOMA is more than a conscious / ecstatic dance - it is a DANCE CEREMONY, an embodied ritual where we come together with intention and move towards our desired outcomes for our lives. We merge the medicines of ritual, plants, magic, somatic guidance, nature connection and intentional music to create an experience like no other.Come and sit in ritual and dance ON THE LAND in Hurstbridge at a beautiful property on 15 acres just under an hour outside of Melbourne.For this very special gathering we have extended our offering to a 5 hour journey to give more spaciousness for

THE RITUAL ~Cacao Ceremony ~ spiced Cacao will be served by the Fire to assist us in anchoring our personal intentions into the body, warming us up and opening the heart on all levels. This ancient Peruvian Medicine will carry us into the night and bring us into closer relationship to our movement practice and the music.Gift Giving & Receiving Ritual ~ the act of gift giving to bring about feelings of connection, thoughtfulness and affection. We encourage you to bring something small that means something of value to you. The guidance is to find something that might be slightly difficult to part with, yet you feel that letting this go will not only give joy to someone else, it will create space in your life to receive more of what you are calling in.* One Surprise Ritual * which is based on the darkness of winter coming into the blooming of spring that we will share with you on the day!

THE DANCE ~SOUL&SOMA is about bringing the true essence of your SOUL through your body to be expressed, felt, embodied and experienced. Each journey is intuitively guided by Wilqa Nina for the purpose of supporting you to anchor more into your body and connect deeper with your soul essence.The music is chosen to hold you and guide you through your experience, we curate a musical journey together that will encourage you to feel all that needs to come through emotionally and energetically.

Bekla will be mixing the selected music on DJ decks with a powerful sound system to vibrate the frequencies and sound through your whole being and solidify your intention by filling your cells with our transmission. This is a safe space for you to move your body exactly how it feels good for you, we invite you to feel the music and try to not think about what you look like, rather focusing on what you feel like and how the music selected makes you want to move.

For this Winter EMBRACE we will be working with music that is slow & deep, music that will warm you from the inside out while leaving space to go within yourself and have time for true retrospection in this time of reflection and slowness. From here we will build it up and support the expanding and igniting the RADIANCE WITHIN YOUR HEART

WHAT THIS 5 HOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES:

Ceremonial Cacao Ceremony
2 hours of quantum magic/somatic embodiment Winter Solstice rituals
1.5 hour dance journey with mixing by DJ Bekla & guidance from Wilqa Nina
Sacred outdoor Fire burning for the entirety of the event
Nourishing meal and integration time around the fire to close the day/night.

SOUL&SOMA is a coded melodic experience served up through live mixing by DJ Bekla and Somatic Guidance from Wilqa Nina a multidimensional ceremonialist. Wilqa Nina & Bekla have been working together closely to create a SOBER event which is a safe and fun space for community to come and drop into softness, depth, dance, play, and connection whilst simultaneously taking you on a somatic dive into different aspects of yourself - for the purpose of embodied ascension, reawakening parts of yourself that have been unexpressed or are feeling dormant and healing through bliss!
