What is breathwork?

Breathwork is a way of using your breath to access your own innate, creative and healing ability. Specifically it involves breathing in a pattern known as "conscious connected breathing" to enter a deeply relaxed, trance like state, where you can access a deeper level of consciousness within yourself and transform deeply held experiences within your body.

It allows you to bring to light and transform all those unresolved experiences, beliefs and conditioning that keeps us stuck, so we can live a happy and fulfilled life.

What to expect from the breath journey:

• Unlocking subconscious feelings and emotions

• reconnecting with your higher self

• effective regulation of your emotions

• boosting the immune system

• boosting self-esteem

• processing emotions, heal emotional pain and trauma

These traditional forms of breathwork are based around using breath and forms of meditation to shift stagnant, blocked or negative energies in the body, in order to make room for positive energy.

It’s a powerful and profound source of healing that is derived from your own self-power that guides you to move towards wholeness.

Numbers are limited due to wanting to create a trusting and safe space where you feel completely supported.

Facilitators are highly experienced in breathwork, holistic psychology and mental health practices.

This breathwork is not encouraged if you believe you are pregnant however message us for alternate options

It is recommended to avoid caffeine on the day event

Eat lightly prior to breathwork event

Journal and pen for any downloads and insights that you may receive

Blanket

Mats will be provided however please bring your own if you prefer
