How we can help?

💚 Join us for a day journey to awaken your soul, connecting in with your higher self for some beautiful soul discoveries and answers to some of those deeper questions you have been searching for.

💚 A day of being mindful, getting guidance, releasing emotions, learning and healing all while being nurtured within a tranquil nature setting so you can go back to your everyday life with an overflowing abundant cup, a clear mind and a completely relaxed & rejuvenated soul.

💚 We will give you practical tools you can implement into your daily life, and you will walk away with an understanding of what your next steps on your soul's journey might be or a plan for moving forward.

What you can expect:

💜 We all are supported, loved and surrounded by a beautiful team of protectors, spirit guides, angels and so much more! We will help you to connect with some of yours and to receive any messages they may have for you to help in your daily life.

💜 Get messy, have fun, release those emotions and let them flow onto a canvas. Raise your creative energy vibrations while being supported by a qualified art therapy practitioner.

💜 We will take a stroll down memory lane & be gently guided on a journey to explore and discover your past lives. Either come with an intention or question you would like answered or simply show up and let your intuition guide you to a relevant memory from the past. You may bring forth beautiful learnings and healing to love yourself more and be the best version of you.

💜 Prepare to deeply relax in an enriching sound bath, allowing a sensory escape from all the overstimulation we face in our day to day. It will help to calm your nervous system and offer powerful body and mind healing properties, including stress relief, through the vibrations created from the sounds of crystal singing bowls and other instruments.

💜 Learn ways to self massage to de-stress, relax, ease muscle tension & headaches.

💜 Gentle meditative yoga, stretching and breathing

💜 Learn a lovely morning practice to start each day perfectly

💜 A delicious, healthy light lunch and morning tea
